Darjeeling Green Tea

From the Champagne region of teas, Darjeeling produces a limited amount under its trademark.

Our biodynamic Green Tea  has a leaf grade of SFTGFOP1. This leaf grade which stands for Super Fine Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe grade 1.

The delicate, aromatic leaf when brewed delivers a bright golden liquor. Mild, fruity and floral, picking up the nuances from the terroir, the aftertaste is sweet on the palate, unlike other Green Teas. Due to the process  of plucking, withering and of steaming the teas rather than firing, the caffeine level is much lower, and a favourite brew to non-green tea lovers.

Best to brew and set aside for ice tea!
